As a Multi Academy Trust, the Board of Directors is appointed by the Members, and is responsible for the governance of all of the academies in the Trust. We do this by delegating functions to each individual academy through a 'Scheme of Delegation'. Overseen by the Board is the Operations Committee (which includes finance and audit), the HR/Pay committtee and the individual school Local Governing Bodies.
